HOURS: 7.30am - 4.30pm and 9am - 3pm during school holidays.

Personality is key to building relationships with existing and new schools; we are ideally looking for an experienced, vibrant, energetic and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to look after an existing area of our education business. We will consider education professionals looking to move into the Education Recruitment sector with the right personality, hunger to succeed and are willing to work hard in a competitive environment. The ROLE
The successful Recruitment Consultant will be required to:
-Develop, run and grow an existing and very well developed education desk across the Peterborough District.
-Maintain the school and Teacher base within this area.
-Proactively call new schools to generate new business.
-Build long lasting partnerships with schools and organisations.
-Attend recruitment fairs and marketing events to attract more Teachers.
-Recruit and interview Teachers and develop relationships.
-Complete and maintain day-to-day bookings.
-Canvas and place long term and permanent vacancies.
-Negotiate on fees.
-Exceed targets.
-Undertake effective client visits.

The CANDIDATE
We are looking for people with a real passion for achievement - you will effectively be running your own mini-business with the full admin and compliance support of our highly organised and efficient company. Your success will be determined by the effort you put into your business.

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with the following qualities and experience:

-Ideally you will have proven recruitment experience within education or another competitive and compliant industry such as Health care.
-A superb relationship builder (someone that can relate well to schools and teachers).
-Previous success of achieving targets.
-Hands on approach and a forward thinker.
-Used to high call volumes.
-Ability to multitask.
-The ability to build rapport quickly.
-Comfortable contacting new schools and developing new relationships.
-Professional, driven and determined.
-Sense of humour, lots of energy and determination.
-Driving licence is essential.
